Returns period You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund if more than 60 days have passed since delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Wherever possible, please return the item in its original packaging.

Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a fee of £3 will be deducted from all UK refunds to cover the initial shipping cost.
For international orders, the equivalent original shipping cost will be deducted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the status of your return.
If your return is approved:

You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) only. Any shipping costs (including the original shipping cost) will not be refunded and may be deducted as outlined above.
