Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available during promotions or on qualifying orders.
Any applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. If you select a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Sizing & Products
Are your items true to size?
Because our pieces are vintage, sizing can vary between brands and eras.
We recommend checking the size information in the product description.
Are all items second-hand?
Yes. Most of our products are vintage or pre-owned, which means minor signs of wear may be present.
Are items washed before shipping?
Yes. All items are cleaned and quality-checked before being sent out.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving your item.
What condition must the item be in?
Items must be:

In the same condition as received

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Will I be refunded for shipping?
No. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If your order included free shipping, a small fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the original delivery cost.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes.
Return the item following the standard return process and include a note stating it’s an exchange and what you’d like instead.

Mystery Boxes
Can I return a Mystery Box?
Opened Mystery Boxes are not eligible for refunds.
However, you can choose:
1. Free Exchange
Return the items and receive replacements of the same or higher value.
2. Store Credit
Receive a store credit voucher for the full value of your Mystery Box.
Depop Orders
Can I return items bought on Depop?
We do not provide refunds for items purchased through our Depop shop.
Please contact us directly through Depop for any issues.
