How we measure
All measurements are provided in inches and taken when the item is laid flat
Remember if something doesn't fit, we offer an easy returns process within 30 days
- however we urge all customers to pay close attention to the measurements before purchasing.
We understand that clothing sizes can vary depending on the brand, style, and age of the item. Therefore, along with providing the size stated in the label, we hand measure all our items to give you the exact measurements. Unless stated otherwise all measurements are taken with the item un-stretched.
In some cases, where items have been altered, or the fit and measurements no longer correspond to the size stated on the label, we may choose to provide our own estimated sizing, rather than use the label size. If this is the case, we will always make a note in the item description. We often round measurements to the nearest inch and ask all customers to allow for a small tolerance for variation in the measurements provided.

- How long will it take to ship my parcel(s)?

- If I order multiple items, will they arrive in 1 package?
If you order multiple products, they may come separately to ensure quicker delivery. - Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to any country in the world. - Who delivers my item(s)?
Your orders are delivered by our fulfillment center and will normally be handed to you via local postal service. - I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?
Please contact us directly and we will help sort that out for you.
- What time are deliveries usually made?
Usually during business hours. (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) but that will depend on your local delivery service. - I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?
Reach out to customerservice@vintageclub.uk immediately regarding the error, we will change it for you. Just email us your full name and correct address, we will update the shipping details for you.
RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
- I don’t like my item, can I return it?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted except for faulty products.
- My item arrived damaged. Can I return it?
Damaged items can be exchanged. Please email customerservice@vintageclub.uk to get a new item or refund. - How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with. - Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. - Orders that are lost or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect address provided to us are not subject to any refunds or replacements. In cases like this, please immediately contact your local post. If the package gets returned back to our warehouse, we can have it reshipped again after the address is corrected.
PAYMENTS
- Which currency are prices in?
All products are charged in USD. - My credit card isn't being accepted. What can I do?
If your payment failed when you tried to place an order, it could be due to a number of reasons. First, double check if your credit card number, expiry date, and CVC numbers are all correct. Next, you'll want to make sure you have sufficient funds on your credit card to process the transaction.
If you receive a Do Not Honor error, then you will need to contact your credit card issuer. In this case, the credit card issuer has likely put a temporary hold on your card and they will need to be contacted in order for this hold to be lifted. Once you have cleared things with them, please try the order again and let us know if you run into any trouble.
IMPORT AND TAX CHARGES
- Can I be charged with import duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Tax fees may vary depending on the country the order is shipped to. Each country/state has its own threshold after which taxes will be applied. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package and will not cover any additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

UK: 7-15 business days

International : 10 - 20 business days
DELAYED SHIPPING
Due to high demand during our Holiday Sale, as well as expanded safety measures that have been put in place, our distribution centers and carriers are experiencing delays and extended shipping time. All our products are made to order.
Order cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products only.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment - all restocking fees are waived off.
We are not responsible for:
- Your order that did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of VINTAGE CLUB (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
