Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns period
You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund if more than 60 days have passed since delivery.

Eligibility for a return

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Wherever possible, please return the item in its original packaging.

How to return your item

Please include inside the parcel:

• Full Name

• Order Number

• Reason for return

  • If the reason is sizing, please let us know if the item was too big or too small, and what size you usually wear.

• Email address

• Payment method used

• The item in the same condition it arrived

• The original flyer (if possible)

Return shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

• If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a fee of £3 will be deducted from all UK refunds to cover the initial shipping cost.

• For international orders, the equivalent original shipping cost will be deducted.

We strongly recommend:

• Using a trackable shipping service

• Purchasing shipping insurance

Until we receive your return, it remains the sender’s responsibility, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the status of your return.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

• You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) only. Any shipping costs (including the original shipping cost) will not be refunded and may be deducted as outlined above.

Depop orders

We do not offer refunds for items purchased through our Depop shop.
For any Depop-related queries, please contact us directly via Depop messages.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or product, please follow the same return steps above, and additionally:

1. Include a note inside the parcel clearly stating that the item is for an exchange, and what size or item you would like instead.

2. Email our customer service team so they can prepare your exchange:

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

1. Check your original payment method again.

2. Contact your bank, card provider, or payment service, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
